Veronica Maffei Alberti
Born in Bologna on the 15th July 1976. She graduated in law in 1991 from the University of Bologna, with a thesis in tax law on the subject of e-commerce, thesis supervisor: Professor Adriano Di Pietro. From 2003 to 2005 she attended a course on ‘Theatrical Management’ (‘Organizzazione dello Spettacolo’) at the Scuola d’Arte “Paolo Grassi”, Milan, where she obtained a diploma, writing her thesis on the subject of regional legislation relating to theatrical management. She was admitted to the Bar in 2007 and joined Studio Maffei in the same year. She handles disputes and provides legal advice largely on matters of intellectual property and copyright and since 2007 has been working in collaboration with Professor Alberto Musso, who holds the Chair of Intellectual Property in the Faculty of Law at the University of Bologna.
