Marco Selleri
Born in Bologna on the 24th February 1974. He graduated in law in 1999 from the University of Bologna, with a thesis in commercial law on ‘Shareholders agreements in listed companies’ (‘I patti parasociali nelle società quotate’), thesis supervisor: Professor Renzo Costi. From 1999 to 2002 he worked with the legal firm and company Andersenlegal, the legal section of the auditing company Arthur Andersen. From 2002 to 2004 he worked with the legal and tax section of the auditing firm Ernst&Young. He joined the firm in 2004. He has been a practising lawyer since 2003, dealing largely with questions relating to company law, bankruptcy and intellectual property. In addition, he provides consultancy and support in the drawing up of commercial contracts (also in international law) and in carrying out due diligence.
Since 2004, he has been a teacher on a preparation course for the official lawyers examination, held at the company Jus & Law.
