Born in Bologna on the 1st August 1970. He graduated in law summa cum laude in 1995 from the University of Bologna, with a thesis in the area of commercial law on the subject of ‘Lock up provisions in Shareholders Agreements’ (‘Sindacati di blocco’), thesis supervisor: Professor Francesco Cavazzuti). He has been a practising lawyer since 1998, the same year in which he began to work with the legal firm Vita Samory, Fabbrini e Associati di Milano, working largely in the field of judicial, civil and commercial law and in the area of company contracts. He joined Studio Maffei in November 2004.
