Born in Bologna on the 20th March 1967. He graduated in law summa cum laude in 1993 from the University of Bologna, with a thesis in the area of commercial law on the subject of ‘Factoring’. His thesis supervisor was Professor Alberto Maffei Alberti with whom he has collaborated since 1994. He has been a practising lawyer since 1997. He provides legal advice and opinions on matters of commercial and civil law, focusing particularly on bankruptcy and company law, the drawing up of contracts, matters of international law and the recovery of companies’credits.
