Andrea Lolli
Born in Bologna on the 24th January 1968. He graduated in law in 1991 summa cum laude from the University of Bologna, with a thesis in the area of commercial law, entitled ‘Merger between companies’ (‘La fusione tra società di capitali’), thesis supervisor: Professor Alberto Maffei Alberti).
He has been a practising lawyer since 1995, dealing largely with matters relating to company and bankruptcy law.
He obtained a Ph.D in commercial law at the Bocconi University, Milan, on the 15th June 1998, with a thesis entitled ‘The right of shareholders to Information’ (‘Il diritto di informazione dei soci’).
He is Associate Professor of commercial and bankruptcy law in the Faculty of Law, University of Ferrara.
