Alessandro Fabbri
Born in Bologna on the 21st August 1962. He graduated in law in 1988 summa cum laude from the University of Bologna, with a thesis in private law on the subject of ‘Responsibility for false information’ (‘Responsabilità per false informazioni’), thesis supervisor: Professor Bruno Inzitari. He has worked with Studio Maffei Alberti since 1988 and was admitted to the Bar in 1992. He largely works in the judicial field, particularly focusing on civil and commercial law and bankruptcy law. In this area he has regularly followed arbitration proceedings, thereby developing an in-depth knowledge and experience. He has also been involved with matters of consumer credit and the recovery of companies’ credits. He provides legal advice particularly in the area of company contracts.
