Over recent years the studio Maffei Alberti has acquired wide experience and skills in the energy regulatory and contractual sector, both for traditional and renewable sources. It provides consultancy and assistance to primary clients active in the industry, both for the acquisition of companies operating thermal, hydro- and biomass power stations, for the establishment of joint ventures and/or NewCo operating in the photovoltaic and wind power sector, and finally for the study and finalisation of energy saving agreements, in particular in the sector of traditional and emergency lighting.

In this field, the Firm has provided and provides assistance in the negotiation and drawing up of the relative agreements, also in light of the most recent relevant regulations.
